Assurance Delivery Center Supervisor – Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC Greece’s Assurance team as a Supervisor for the Assurance Delivery Center (ASDC). You will lead a group of specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery of audit and accounting services across Athens and Thessaloniki.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach ASDC Specialists in their daily tasks.
• Assign work requests to specialists and review/accept requests from engagement teams.
• Communicate with user engagement teams to align expectations.
• Review work performed by specialists to ensure quality standards.
• Design and implement technology solutions that support ASDC services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in audit or accounting.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• ACA or ACCA qualification in progress.
• Technical aptitude for learning new applications and databases.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility.
• Ability to organize and monitor multiple requests with attention to detail.
