Assistant Waiter (B) – Luxury All‑Inclusive Resort

About the role

Domes Resorts is looking for an Assistant Waiter (B) to join the team at its new 5‑star all‑inclusive resort in Lindos, Rhodes. You will support the dining service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and thank them at departure.
• Assist the senior waiter in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Provide prompt, courteous service throughout the meal, attending to guest preferences.
• Set, clear, and maintain tables efficiently.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish stock of supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards is advantageous.
• Conversational English level.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong planning, organization, and detail‑orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
