About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert plays a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You will assist the food and beverage team by setting tables, supporting kitchen operations, and maintaining clean work areas. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories according to restaurant standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks, such as replenishing supplies and transporting items.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking utensils, linens, and other supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies, and upholding quality standards.
- Professional appearance, proper uniform, and clear communication with guests and team members.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), bend, and reach in a fast‑paced environment.
