Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist – Control Tower (24/7)

About the role

As an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist you will ensure semiconductor shipments are handled to the highest standards, providing a seamless and excellent customer experience. You will work in a 24/7 control‑tower environment, coordinating transport, monitoring shipments, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange transport and manage shipment documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, perform flight planning and handle collection/delivery requests.
• Communicate proactively with customers, third‑party suppliers and Kuehne+Nagel stakeholders via email or phone.
• Maintain data quality, update shipment files, and correct any exceptions or deviations.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of shipments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and handle exceptions confidently.
• High sense of ownership, teamwork and flexibility.
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
