AI Workforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI Workforce Consultant to bridge cutting‑edge artificial intelligence with workforce transformation. In this role you will translate AI concepts into practical solutions that help organisations redesign talent strategy, structure and development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI component of client engagements, delivering real‑time evidence, dynamic queries and scenario visualisations for workforce decisions.
• Partner with workforce specialists to design session experiences that map strategic questions to specific AI capabilities.
• Advise C‑suite leaders on AI feasibility, investment needs and implementation realities within a workforce context.
• Rapidly prototype functional AI solutions such as intelligent agents, document‑processing pipelines and AI‑enhanced dashboards using client data.
• Define clear success and termination criteria for prototypes, ensuring they remain decision‑making tools rather than delivery commitments.
• Document pilot architectures that are ready for hand‑off to implementation teams.
• Own the session intelligence ecosystem, synthesising research, automating competitive analysis and pre‑visualising data for strategic impact.
• Design and evolve internal AI tools that become a competitive edge for workforce solutions and co‑create scalable implementation paths with the Experience Center and PwC specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front‑end development, creative technology or rapid prototyping.
• Passion for experimenting with emerging technologies and turning complex ideas into understandable, exciting concepts.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical possibilities to non‑technical stakeholders.
