AI Senior Change Enablement Specialist

About the role

Join the Accenture Newra AI Hub to lead AI tool adoption across banking functions. You will translate AI capabilities into everyday workflows, run enablement programs and ensure sustained impact through change management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute enablement plans for AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI solutions.
• Conduct hands‑on sessions, clinics and role‑based learning journeys to help users apply AI to real tasks.
• Map stakeholders, identify adoption barriers and monitor KPIs like usage, satisfaction and time‑to‑proficiency.
• Capture feedback, refine prompts and workflow playbooks, and build AI champion communities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in AI adoption, change enablement, digital transformation or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Communications, Engineering, Social Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on exposure to GenAI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or similar) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration suite.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate between business users and technology teams.

Required skills

• Experience with GenAI tools: Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms.
• Ability to design prompts, workflow playbooks, quick‑start guides and demos.
