AI Governance & Regulatory Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI Governance & Regulatory Manager to lead our AI Governance and Compliance service line within PwC Greece’s AI Strategy practice. The role sits at the forefront of the EU AI Act implementation, helping clients navigate new obligations and embed responsible AI across their organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the AI Governance & Compliance service line, from methodology to market positioning.
• Lead EU AI Act compliance engagements, including AI system inventory, classification, risk assessment, conformity assessments, documentation and road‑maps.
• Design comprehensive AI governance frameworks covering policies, accountability structures, oversight mechanisms, monitoring and escalation processes.
• Conduct AI risk assessments aligned with standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles and ALTAI.
• Advise boards, risk committees and C‑suite executives on responsible AI practices and regulatory obligations.
• Create reusable practice IP, including toolkits, checklists, templates and assessment methodologies.
• Provide regulatory input to cross‑functional AI solutions and assess high‑risk triggers.
• Collaborate with technical governance teams on model monitoring, bias testing and data governance, and deliver AI governance training to client organisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Public Policy, Data Science or a related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in risk advisory, regulatory compliance, data protection, AI governance or a comparable discipline.
• Deep working knowledge of the EU AI Act and recognised AI risk‑management frameworks.
