Agile Delivery Manager – Intelligent Operations

About the role

KPMG is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join its Intelligent Operations practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through complex digital, technology and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery is structured, transparent and predictable.

Key responsibilities

• Coach teams on practical, disciplined Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Own the delivery rhythm: sprint planning, daily execution, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA and stakeholders to align priorities and scope.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies and blockers; escalate early and resolve promptly.
• Support roadmap planning, sprint forecasting, release planning and delivery reporting.
• Maintain transparency on capacity, velocity, progress, issues and risks.
• Challenge unclear requirements, unrealistic timelines and unresolved dependencies.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors or internal teams.
• Prepare status updates, RAID logs, action trackers and management‑level reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery, project delivery, Scrum Master, PMO or similar technology delivery roles.
• Strong practical understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Proven experience delivering software, digital products, platforms, automation or transformation initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, release planning and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing risks, issues, blockers and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, post‑go‑live support).
