Ad Sales Specialist (Spanish-Speaking)

About the role

A leading outsourcing/BPO company is recruiting a Spanish-speaking Ad Sales Specialist through David Kennedy Recruitment to join its team in Athens, Greece. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing clients by phone, chat and email in a professional, consultative way
• Manage inbound warm leads and outbound outreach with timely follow-up
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions based on client needs
• Analyse, optimise and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve business performance
• Monitor campaign metrics and spot optimisation opportunities
• Help clients maximise the effectiveness of advertising products and services
• Escalate complex matters to specialists or support teams when needed
• Deliver a great customer experience while meeting sales and performance targets

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker with fluent English (minimum B2)
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset, goal-oriented and able to work towards KPIs
• Problem-solving, analytical and multitasking abilities
• Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Tech-savvy with good IT literacy and interest in digital technologies
• Interest in digital marketing and advertising
