Pricing Specialist

About the role

Alumil is looking for a Pricing Specialist to join its team in Thessaloniki and help implement and align pricing policies across the Alumil Group. The role works closely with the Sales Division, using analytical skills and knowledge of pricing principles and commercial data to turn pricing, cost and market data into insights that support commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and regularly update pricing policies and guidelines across the Group
• Collect, consolidate and analyse cost, pricing, sales and market data to spot trends and opportunities
• Partner with the Sales Division and internal stakeholders on pricing matters and support commercial decisions
• Develop reports and dashboards that give clear, actionable pricing insights
• Use Power BI to visualise data and communicate key findings
• Maintain pricing data in the SAP SD module and monitor pricing performance
• Analyse customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to find pricing optimisation opportunities
• Translate data findings into business recommendations and support the Group's pricing strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field; MSc in Data Analysis, Costing or MBA appreciated
• 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analysis, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Management or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration
• Very good written and spoken English

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including large datasets, formulas, PivotTables and data analysis
• Power BI and data visualization
• SAP, preferably SAP SD (strong advantage)
