Russian-Speaking Sales Specialist

About the role

Join a leading global customer experience company as a Russian‑speaking Sales Specialist, supporting a B2B digital advertising project in Athens. You will work directly with business clients to maximise the performance of their advertising campaigns and build long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and business advertisers across multiple communication channels.
• Manage inbound leads and outbound sales opportunities, identifying growth opportunities and recommending tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Support clients in launching, managing, and optimising their advertising campaigns and monitor performance to provide proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver the best possible customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Russian and very good command of English.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or a target‑driven sales environment.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of business clients independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
