Accounting Assistant

About the role

Join Autogrill’s Finance team as an Accounting Assistant and start your career in a truly international environment. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations while gaining exposure to a global leader in travel retail.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and record accounting documents, invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of customer, supplier and general‑ledger accounts.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding collections, payments and outstanding balances.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions.
• Support the Finance team with routine accounting tasks.
• Manage correspondence, filing and document organization.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, consistency and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (a plus).
