Accounting Administrator - Used Vehicle Sales Invoicing

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator in Marousi. The role supports the invoicing and administrative processes behind used vehicle sales, handling invoices for B2B, B2D, B2C sales and customer buyouts in line with company procedures and tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process and issue invoices for used vehicle sales to dealers, drivers and retail customers.
• Manage invoicing for vehicle buyouts and end-of-contract purchase transactions.
• Check supporting documents for accuracy and completeness before issuing invoices.
• Issue credit notes and invoice corrections when needed.
• Follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales transactions.
• Work with the Remarketing, Sales, Operations and Finance teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Support reconciliations and controls for used car sales transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in invoicing, sales administration, accounting support or a similar administrative role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Ability to handle several tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
