Asset Management Analyst

About the role

Domes Resorts, a hospitality group expanding with new resort openings each year, is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to support its Asset Development team. The role evaluates hotel investment opportunities, optimizes operational performance and provides insights that guide portfolio decisions in the hospitality real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and market trends to evaluate hotel property performance and investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow analysis and leveraged/unleveraged IRRs
• Prepare regular reports on asset allocation, performance and risk metrics for hotel portfolios
• Assist in developing investment strategies and portfolio recommendations for hospitality assets
• Research economic indicators, hospitality trends and real estate markets
• Support senior analysts with ad hoc projects on hotel operations and real estate
• Work with hotel management teams to find operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor and report KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR and occupancy rates
• Assist in preparing annual business plans and budgets, and contribute to capital expenditure and renovation analyses
• Help evaluate potential acquisitions or dispositions of hotel assets
• Review hotel management agreements and franchise contracts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hospitality Management or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• 2 years of experience in consulting, financial services, asset management or a related role, preferably in hospitality or real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling (a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of hotel operations, revenue management and real estate valuation
