Senior Asset Manager - Hotel Portfolio

About the role

Domes Resorts, a hospitality group opening new resorts almost annually, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Asset Manager to join its corporate and regional teams. The role supports strategic business growth by evaluating hotel investment opportunities, optimising operational and financial performance and giving high-level insights for portfolio decisions across hospitality real estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, reforecasting and long-range asset strategies for assigned resorts
• Monitor property P&L, cash flow, capex deployment and working capital, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and Brand to optimise top-line revenue and profitability
• Oversee asset value enhancement initiatives such as repositioning, renovation, upgrades and brand-alignment projects
• Support negotiations, due diligence and transactions for new properties and expansion projects
• Liaise between the Owner/CEO and funds, investors, capital partners and other financial stakeholders
• Prepare regular asset performance reviews, investment updates and strategic recommendations for ownership and senior leadership
• Review capex proposals and business cases, track market, competitor and destination trends, and ensure assets meet brand standards and compliance requirements
• Support contract management, operator/owner alignment and acquisition due diligence, underwriting and transition work

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management or Business Administration; Master's degree an advantage
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, hotel finance or hospitality real estate
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders including ownership, investors and senior leadership
• Fluency in English

• Strong financial, analytical and commercial skills
• Advanced Excel; hospitality reporting tools a plus
