Workshop Concept Sales Representative - Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

Bosch is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to join its Mobility Aftermarket department. You will act as a key partner for the Bosch car workshop network in your area of responsibility, promoting Bosch's end-to-end portfolio, increasing loyalty and expanding the network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for partner car workshops in your territory
• Identify and support partner needs with tailored solutions, practical advice and training guidance
• Promote and follow up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment, services and diagnostics usage in your area
• Acquire new workshops by generating, qualifying and converting leads, and expand the workshop networks

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket
• Fluency in both Greek and English
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Required skills

• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment
• Experience with workshop business models is a plus
