Sales Representative – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Sales Representative to join Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket department. You will act as the primary partner for Bosch’s car workshop network in your territory, promoting our end‑to‑end portfolio, increasing loyalty and expanding the network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner car workshops within the assigned territory.
• Identify partner needs and deliver tailored solutions, practical advice and training guidance.
• Promote and follow up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment, services and diagnostics usage.
• Actively acquire new workshops and grow the network by generating, qualifying and converting leads.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
