Workshop Sales Representative - Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Workshop Sales Representative to join Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket team. You will act as the primary liaison for Bosch workshop networks, promoting our full portfolio, strengthening loyalty, and expanding our presence across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner workshops within your territory.
• Identify partner needs and deliver tailored solutions, practical advice, and training guidance.
• Promote and follow up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment, services, and diagnostic usage.
• Actively acquire new workshops, generating, qualifying, and converting leads to grow the network.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Experience with workshop business models is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with high integrity and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
