Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior professional or recent graduate to join our EMEA Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. You will support internship recruitment and program management across several countries, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for emerging talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for internship and early‑career positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and coordinate processes.
• Source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, records and data accuracy in recruitment systems.
• Coordinate internship programs, onboarding, engagement activities and overall administration.
• Act as primary contact for interns, hiring managers and internal partners.
• Support intern performance reviews and conversion to junior permanent roles.
• Prepare reports on hiring progress, program status and conversions.
• Collaborate to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Strong interest in early‑career talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
