Learning & Development Associate – Inside Business Partner

About the role

FranklinCovey is seeking an early‑career professional to join its Thessaloniki team as a Learning & Development Associate (Inside Business Partner). You will support client communication, coordinate leadership development initiatives and contribute to the delivery of high‑impact learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support client communication and coordinate leadership development initiatives.
• Assist in planning and execution of workshops, events, and learning experiences.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.
• Support marketing initiatives, event communications, and database coordination.
• Coordinate localisation, quality assurance, and version control of learning materials.
• Collaborate with corporate, international teams and external partners to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project timelines, and operational processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, consulting or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related discipline (post‑graduate degree advantageous).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, WordPress, CRM systems or Learning Management Systems (advantageous).
