Strategy & Organization Design Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant for its Strategy & Organization Design team in Thessaloniki. You will work on international projects, helping clients optimise processes, governance and technology enablement within large‑scale Global Business Services transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior project members to develop hypotheses and plans that meet project objectives.
• Gather and analyse information through stakeholder interviews, data analysis and benchmarking, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create sections, full reports, presentations and workshop materials for client deliverables.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations clearly to both internal and client stakeholders.
• Participate in client discussions and workshops, presenting insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• For more experienced consultants, own workstreams and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Informatics, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to build business cases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• Experience in Consumer & Life Sciences sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
