Recruitment & Onboarding Associate

About the role

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Associate at Pfizer, you will ensure a smooth transition for candidates and new hires across EMEA markets. You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain compliance with local regulations, and support stakeholders to help new colleagues start their work confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment operations including job posting, offer administration, candidate communications, and partnership with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters, coordinating onboarding documentation, pre‑employment requirements, and tool access.
• Track onboarding milestones, resolve readiness issues, and ensure new employees have the resources needed for a successful start.
• Ensure all processes comply with local legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements while meeting service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes and support new technology roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR technology such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
