About the role

Optimal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with a commercial mindset, enjoying both the challenge of identifying top talent and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle across various industries and functions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the process.
• Support business development activities through market mapping, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and participation in events.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry developments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies, tools, and client deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing recruitment projects and interacting directly with clients and candidates.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
