HR Generalist – Support Full Employee Lifecycle

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join INTERSPORT Athletics’ HR team, supporting key processes across the employee lifecycle in our multi‑country retail operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting and CV screening to offers and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees, providing information on HR policies, benefits and related matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR reporting and analytics, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and group policies.
• Oversee performance appraisal and development processes, as well as bonus and KPI tracking.
• Support benefits administration, employee lifecycle changes, and the implementation of HR policies and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree considered an asset).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous.
