Sales Team Leader – HoReCa

About the role

Join the Consumer Engagement team at PMI to lead high‑impact sales activities across the HoReCa (hospitality) channel in Attica. You will be responsible for delivering a premium brand experience, gathering valuable consumer insights, and driving growth through direct interactions and coordinated partner efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and brief third‑party partners, assign tasks and monitor execution quality.
• Manage point‑of‑sale materials, visibility agreements and consumer engagement programmes.
• Engage directly with consumers, recommend solutions, and capture leads using approved tools.
• Support product presentations, guided trials, demonstrations, loyalty activities and registrations.
• Analyse territory performance, set objectives, allocate resources and provide feedback to Commercial Planning and Marketing.
• Coordinate the execution of events and ensure consistent brand representation.

Required profile

• University degree in any field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in field sales or commercial roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience supervising commercial teams or consumer‑engagement operations.
• Fluency in Greek and English, valid driving licence and fulfilled military obligations where applicable.

Required skills

• Advanced problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
