National Account Manager – FMCG (Supermarket Business)

About the role

Personal Care S.A., a leading Greek FMCG manufacturer, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive the growth of its supermarket business across Greece. You will be responsible for building senior‑level relationships with major retail chains and delivering commercial results for both own‑brand and private‑label product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture senior relationships with supermarket chains.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including annual agreements, pricing, promotions and trade terms.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, distribution and market share.
• Secure new product listings and launch new portfolio items.
• Create account plans that maximise distribution, promotional activity and in‑store visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities for own brands and private‑label products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Product Development to turn opportunities into successful retail execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of successful sales or National/Key Account Management experience in FMCG.
• Strong, active network and proven credibility within the Greek supermarket sector.
• Track record of securing listings, launching new products and delivering commercial growth.
• Excellent negotiator with strong commercial instinct, energy and drive.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
