About the role

Workster is partnering with a leading international digital customer experience provider to hire a Turkish‑speaking Digital Sales Specialist for a major global advertising account. Based in Athens, you will support business customers, identify commercial opportunities and recommend digital advertising solutions that strengthen their online presence and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, identifying customer and advertiser needs.
• Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Guide customers through the sales process, handling objections effectively.
• Use CRM tools, customer insights and market trends to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in B2B sales, inbound sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Commercial mindset with focus on targets and measurable results.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, fast‑paced environment.
