Ad Sales Specialist (Dutch)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading global digital advertising and social media company to hire a Dutch‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist for its Athens office. The role focuses on outbound sales, prospecting new advertisers and re‑activating existing accounts to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, quickly establishing relevance and interest.
• Reactivate dormant or under‑developed accounts and develop them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges and requirements.
• Drive revenue by converting customer engagement into measurable commercial results.
• Handle objections, rejection and re‑engagement scenarios confidently and professionally.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, follow‑ups and opportunities in an organised, disciplined manner.
• Utilise CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and other platforms to manage customer activity and performance.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven sales experience, preferably in outbound, telesales, B2B, business development, account management or digital advertising.
• Native or near‑native level of Dutch and fluent English.
• Proven experience conducting proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Confidence initiating conversations with customers who may not yet recognise a clear business need.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Good understanding of digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and pipeline management platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment.
