Inside Sales Specialist – German Speaker

About the role

Trusoft Limited is looking for a full‑time Inside Sales Specialist who is fluent in German and English. Based on‑site in Athens, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving the sales pipeline for our software solutions across education, medical and financial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver product presentations in German and English.
• Follow up with prospects, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and convert leads into long‑term clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and timely issue resolution.
• Record interactions in CRM, prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven inside‑sales experience with lead qualification, pipeline management and closing techniques.
• Strong lead‑generation abilities, including prospecting and cold‑calling.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in B2B software or technology sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic sales‑reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and meet defined sales targets.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is advantageous.
