About the role
House of Shila is looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across its venues, including SHILA, MONA and future projects. The role will oversee private events, brand activations, corporate functions, weddings, photoshoots, productions and cultural programming while ensuring alignment with the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert event sales opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute the annual event sales strategy, identifying new revenue formats and pricing structures.
- Lead, coach and set targets for the Event Sales Team, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Implement and manage CRM and sales tracking systems, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Negotiate and secure revenue‑sharing partnerships and support membership growth through event sales.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in event, hospitality or venue sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
