Business Development Manager – International Markets

About the role

Theon Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join its local team in Greece and drive market expansion internationally. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and representing the company at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategic alliances.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Represent Theon Group at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of business development or sales experience in the defense, security, or high‑tech industry.
• Familiarity with defense and security markets in Europe, the Middle East, APAC or similar regions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
