Junior Tender & Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Operations team at THEON GROUP is seeking a motivated Junior Tender & Pricing Specialist. This entry‑level position offers exposure to the full tendering cycle, pricing model creation, and business development reporting for cutting‑edge night‑vision and thermal imaging systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation, compilation and formatting of tender documents, proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Monitor and collect information on new tender opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Production, Legal and other functions to gather required inputs.
• Ensure tender submissions comply with internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing pricing models and quotation sheets in line with internal pricing policies.
• Maintain and update price lists, catalogues and internal pricing tools.
• Keep accurate records of tenders, bids and pricing history.
• Support updates of sales forecasts and related business‑development reporting.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to secure timely submission of information and approvals.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of pricing concepts, cost structures and tendering processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
