Business Development Manager

About the role

ES Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its market presence for high‑quality MEMS‑based sensors and IoT‑ready solutions. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent the company at industry events worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Represent ES Systems at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in defense, security, or high‑tech sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities; analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and spend over 65 % of time on the road.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
