B2B Account Manager – Norwegian Speaker

About the role

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team and support our partners in maximizing the potential of hardware solutions from a leading IT provider. The role involves collaborating with business partners, conducting outbound calls, meetings and email communication to strengthen relationships, optimise solutions and drive adoption across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue‑based quotas by selling and renewing full hardware solutions, including PCs and desktops, and explore upsell opportunities.
• Manage a dedicated territory of partners serving companies with more than 150 employees, conducting outbound calls, meetings and email outreach.
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial engagement, discovery and solution proposal to execution and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and management to optimise sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system, capturing all relevant information in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a sales environment with a proven record of meeting individual or team quotas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
