German Sales Agent - Software Sales

About the role

A growing company is looking for a motivated, results-driven German Sales Agent to expand its customer base in the German-speaking market. The role suits someone with a strong background in software sales, fluent German and English, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads in the German market through research, networking and cold calling.
• Deliver software presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships and understand their needs.
• Manage and track sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather and share customer feedback and market insights with product and marketing teams.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams.

Required profile

• Fluent German (native or near-native) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.
• Understanding of the German business culture and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to different audiences.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
