French Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting French speakers to work as a Sales Representative in Athens, Greece. The role involves communicating with French-speaking customers and partners from France, maintaining and growing their client portfolios and supporting them to achieve successful sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with French-speaking customers and partners from France
• Maintain and increase existing client portfolios
• Strive for customer retention and loyalty, supporting each customer to a successful sales outcome
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers, showing empathy at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team, building supportive relationships with colleagues and management

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge and communication skills in French
• Very good command of English
• B2B sales experience
• Simple mathematical calculations to determine dimensions and recommend the correct freight
• Knowledge of logistics at an operational level, including overland, seafreight and airfreight; logistics knowledge is an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills
