Windows Endpoint IT Specialist – Hybrid (Thessaloniki)

About the role

Deloitte’s Thessaloniki Competence Center is looking for a Windows Endpoint IT Specialist to join a supportive, international team. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on large‑scale projects for industry‑leading clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Windows 11 Modern Managed platform and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance and user access issues for Windows and AVD.
• Apply regular updates, patches and security fixes.
• Support Problem Management using Nexthink data for root‑cause analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation, configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Follow Deloitte’s governance framework and best‑practice processes.
• Assist new customer requests by designing processes, documentation and adapting to new feature capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management.
• Deep understanding of Windows 11 operating system.
• Experience deploying applications via SCCM and Intune.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell).
