Warehouse Team Lead – Aspropyrgos

About the role

Skroutz’s Fulfilled by Skroutz (FBS) division is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Team Lead to manage either the Inbound (receiving) or Outbound (order preparation) area of our high‑tech warehouse in Aspropyrgos. You will lead a team, ensure smooth workflow, and uphold our standards of speed, accuracy and perfect packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Daily leadership, coaching and motivation of the assigned team.
• Coordinate with Admin, Operations and IT to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
• Oversee quality and safety standards, including proper packaging and compliance with safety rules.
• Inbound: manage merchant deliveries, supervise quantitative and qualitative inventory checks, use WMS for accurate stock recording, handle email communication and resolve receipt issues.
• Outbound: optimise order‑preparation processes via the AutoStore system, schedule order flows to meet SLAs, monitor KPIs (speed and accuracy) and resolve line‑side bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations or similar.
• Proven track record in quantitative and qualitative inventory control.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP and automated warehouse solutions.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and customer‑centric attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.
