Warehouse Coordinator – Aspropyrgos

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse in Aspropyrgos, acting as the link between the warehouse, transport office and move coordinators to ensure efficient handling of household goods.

Key responsibilities

• Review the next day’s schedule and coordinate with Move Coordinators, the Dispatch Office and the warehouse team.
• Monitor, update and file customer records and related documentation.
• Check and record incoming and outgoing household goods, deliveries and vehicle loading operations.
• Photograph, record and report any damage or discrepancies and update the relevant Bingo Sheets.
• Update the company’s information system, maintain electronic records and issue Delivery Notes.
• Assist with placement and management of stored household goods and packing materials.
• Supervise and coordinate crating, palletising and load preparation activities.
• Assist customers during sorting or accessing their stored household goods.
• Participate in regular inspections and inventories of stored household goods and materials.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English and good communication skills.
• Comfortable using electronic systems and performing data entry.
• Ability to work daily in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse management and/or storage record management.
• Familiarity with ERP/EBS systems is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation or a moving company.
