About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments: check, measure, weigh, sort, and store parcels.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods and maintain accurate storage locations.
• Monitor the flow of shipments, generate required documentation (manual or electronic), and track deliveries to and from customers.
• Maintain communication with other branches, departments, information centers, and representatives to guarantee high‑quality shipment handling and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fundamental knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
