Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join STARK’s logistics team. In this position you will ensure that all outbound deliveries are prepared, packed and shipped accurately and on time, supporting the company’s high‑performance unmanned systems production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, updating inventory systems and preparing materials for development projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles; label and store items correctly.
• Identify and implement simple process improvements for storage, material handling and access.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as unloading shipments, packing parts and equipment, and setting up storage areas.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure physical inventory matches system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle components safely, applying basic ESD protection rules when working with electronic parts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or shipping environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Practical, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physical ability to lift, move and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Forklift operation experience (advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes.
• Understanding of safe loading, securing goods and ESD handling.
