Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to bridge production planning with material supply. You will work closely with the Pack Planning Department, Production, Warehouse, and external partners to ensure that all packaging and raw material needs are met on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor seasonal production schedules and calculate required supplementary raw materials (e.g., sugar, ingredients).
• Plan and track inventory for boxes, labels, cartons, and other packaging items based on production and labeling timelines.
• Maintain minimum safety stock levels and record all orders, inventories, and movements in the ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate transportation of semi‑finished products between the factory and external warehouses, managing returns for labeling or final packaging.
• Liaise with logistics providers, internal teams, and external warehouses to ensure timely product flow.
• Participate in stock takes, reconcile physical inventory with system data, and prepare regular reports on orders, stock levels, and transportation.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or similar.
