Warehouse Assistant – Logistics & Warehouse Team

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics & Warehouse team at ADAPTIT. The role involves daily handling, storage and distribution of telecom and technology equipment, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count and organize incoming materials and equipment.
• Prepare orders and materials for shipment.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Pick, pack and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• Participate in external deliveries and collections for customers, suppliers and partners.
• Handle telecom, electronic and other technological equipment.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement and Project Management departments.
• Follow safety, organization and warehouse management procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Experience in receiving, shipping and material handling.
• Category B driving licence.
• Consistent, responsible and organized work attitude.
• Willingness to work hands‑on and cooperate with the team.
• Ability to perform external tasks such as pickups and deliveries.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (up to 2.5 tons) – advantageous.
• Use of ERP or warehouse‑management systems.
• Basic computer skills.
