Forklift Driver – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Forklift Driver will operate forklifts to receive, store, and supply raw materials and finished goods within PepsiCo’s warehouse. The role ensures compliance with food safety, allergen segregation, and FEFO/FIFO inventory principles while supporting production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming raw materials and finished goods, applying FEFO principles, allergen segregation, and food‑safety standards.
• Unload potatoes, count big bags per lot, and store them in the potato warehouse for processing.
• Supply production lines with raw materials according to the production schedule and bill of materials, scanning cartons and replenishing picking locations.
• Move pallets between storage locations, organize returned pallets, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper charging of forklift batteries, report equipment issues promptly, and follow all health, safety, and food‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Forklift Operator Certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode systems.
• Understanding of FEFO/FIFO stock rotation principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
