IBP Demand Planner – Short‑Term Planning (1‑4 months)

About the role

The IBP Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining a high‑quality, transparent demand signal within the Integrated Business Planning framework, focusing on the 1‑4‑month short‑term horizon for PepsiCo Hellas.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain a high‑quality demand plan for the 1‑4‑month horizon across assigned markets, channels and categories.
• Lead Demand Control discussions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment with Commercial, Finance and Supply Planning.
• Translate mid‑term plans, promotional activities and market trends into accurate short‑term forecasts using Blue Yonder.
• Monitor forecast performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Support new product launches and seasonal events by providing demand planning expertise.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply‑chain planning or commercial planning.
• Proven experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder (or similar demand‑planning solution).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
