Urban Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Urban Logistics Coordinator will oversee city‑level freight and mobility operations in Thessaloniki, Greece’s key logistics hub. This role ensures efficient fleet management, compliance with EU transport regulations, and smooth coordination between freight forwarders, road carriers, and urban mobility providers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily urban freight movements and fleet utilization.
• Ensure compliance with EU tachograph rules and drivers’ hours regulations.
• Maintain and optimise the fleet management platform for real‑time tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross‑border transport partners and local authorities.
• Analyse performance data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Relevant CPC qualification for transport management.
• Strong knowledge of EU tachograph and drivers’ hours regulations.
• Proficiency in Greek and English.
• Experience in urban logistics or road freight environments.

Required skills

• Fleet management platform experience.
