Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator will support DIASTASI S.A.’s lifelong learning initiatives by managing the full lifecycle of training programs. Based in Athens, you will work closely with participants, trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and monitor the implementation of training programs according to timelines and requirements.
• Assist in training needs assessment and help design programmes that meet identified gaps.
• Provide information, guidance and application support to prospective and current participants.
• Maintain accurate trainee records and monitor participation, progress and performance.
• Track programme budgets and ensure expenditures stay within approved limits.
• Prepare reports and keep both physical and digital documentation up to date.
• Utilise ERP and CRM systems for administration and monitoring of training activities.

Required profile

• University or Technical Institute degree (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Understanding of learning processes and administrative requirements of training programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Argus ERP platform (asset).
