Technology Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technology Delivery Manager to lead technical project implementations for our global customers. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage new technical project implementations worldwide.
• Coordinate internal resources and customer project teams to meet deliverables.
• Oversee the Demand/Change Management process from requirement intake to proposal submission.
• Produce project reports, KPIs and metrics for customers and senior management.
• Travel frequently to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing technical projects.
• University or college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Additional Project Management training or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Greek.
• Hands‑on, goal‑oriented attitude with high attention to detail.
• Excellent team player with a professional and positive mindset.
