Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Architect to join EY’s growing team in Greece. The role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, solution architecture and business development, shaping winning proposals and guiding clients through transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to engage senior stakeholders, uncover business drivers and align them with enterprise technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, roadmaps and integration strategies across cloud, data and application domains.
• Own the architectural components of RFP/RFI responses, proposals and bids, ensuring technical soundness and commercial viability.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, demos and solution pitches, providing technical leadership during bid defenses and oral presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect with strong exposure to pre‑sales and bid management.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise systems and modern architecture practices, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Track record of leading architecture for large‑scale proposals and winning complex bids.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with bid management processes, governance and tools; relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, ITIL or APMP are a plus.
