Technician - Building Facilities

About the role

As a Technician, you will support the smooth and safe operation of our headquarters by carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and overseeing the installation, inspection, and operation of electrical systems and electromechanical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor building systems daily through KNX and BMS platforms.
• Perform technical inspections on electrical and safety systems.
• Check HVAC, water supply, and fire‑fighting systems regularly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and small corrective works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults using appropriate tools.
• Support technical projects, installations, and office reconfiguration works.
• Track and handle maintenance requests and technical issues through JIRA.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in a technical field (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering is considered an advantage.
• Valid Electrical License (1st Group, Specialty A).
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and technical maintenance.
• Familiarity with BMS and building automation systems.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and good command of English.
• Strong teamwork, cooperation, and attention to detail.
